We use a planned process to monitor and to analyze the indicators of quality. After examining patient satisfaction, we are able to develop strategies to continually improve the services we offer, catering to the new needs and expectations that the patients convey to us.
Quality is only achieved if our entire organization moves forward together. That is the reason why ProcreaTec assumes the challenge of motivating their personnel to constantly improve.
The attainment, the maintaining of and the improvement of the level of Quality of our services can only be achieved with the commitment of the personnel and the utilization of their creative potential and skills.
This involvement is achieved though individual contributions and the information and the communication between employees in all areas and levels of our organization.
ProcreaTec plans and develops continuous education seminars for all the employees to encourage the development of their skills and to continually improve. In this way, we try and fulfill our constant commitment to continual Quality Control. Some seminars are related to the management of Quality Control and others are used to promote the specialization of the personnel in the development of their activities and for others to learn new technologies that come on to the market.
Each employee at ProcreaTec takes ownership in the performance of his or her tasks. The management gives each employee the necessary authority to develop his or her responsibilities in order to obtain the desired results.
Through the identification of the processes that make up the provision of our services, and their interactions, together with the standardization of work methodologies, we seek to offer our patients homogeneous services capable of meeting their needs and expectations, and at the same time prevent any possible deviation from the planned objectives.
The controlled execution of the resulting processes and records generate data and information on the effectiveness of our Quality Management System, which will provide the ideal basis for future decision making.
ProcreaTec staff, regardless of their functions and responsibilities, analyzes the data at their disposal regarding the activities they carry out in search of improvement opportunities. Only by continuously improving the processes, methods, services, etc., can we guarantee greater internal efficiency, a better response to patient expectations and, therefore, the improvement of their satisfaction.
