ProcreaTec, with the goal of guaranteeing the quality of the services provided to our patients, has established basic principles in the Quality Management System under the rules of: UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015. Human Assisted Reproduction Center UNE 179007:2013. Assisted Reproduction Center: Center for Andrology, Embryology and Cryoconservation. Management summarizes the standards in eight major points that are described below:
Point 1. Patient-oriented approach
All of us who work at ProcreaTec are aware of the importance of understanding and satisfying the needs of our patients, as well as meeting their present and future expectations. We are committed to these needs and expectations in our daily work.
We care about measuring the satisfaction of our patients. Consequently, we develop actions to continuously improve the services we offer, attending to the new needs and expectations, as they are communicated to us.
Point 2. Leadership
Quality can only be achieved if our organization moves forward together. For this reason, ProcreaTec takes on the challenge to motivate and lead the entire team that comprises it.
Point 3. Involvement of the personnel
The attainment, preservation and improvement of the level of quality of our services can only be achieved with the commitment and participation of all of our personnel and the utilization of their creative potential and skills.
This engagement is achieved thanks to individual contributions, by informing and communicating between the employees in all the areas and levels of our organization.
Point 4. Training and resources
We believe in enhancing the personal development and skills of our personnel in order for our employees to become more efficient and effective at their jobs. Following our commitment to quality at Procreatec, we plan and develop training courses aimed at both initial and continuous learning. This training goes from quality control, to encouraging the specialization of our employees in the development of their activities, and/or training to incorporate new technologies that are made available.
Point 5. Responsibility and Task Delegation
Each employee at ProcreaTec will be responsible for the adequate execution of his/her tasks. The management team will delegate to each person the
necessary authority to carry out his/her tasks in order to achieve the expected results.
Point 6. Document-based Management System
Through the identification of the processes that make up the services that we provide, and their interactions, together with the normalization of work methodologies, we seek to offer our patients homogeneous services capable of satisfying their necessities and expectations and prevent any possible deviation from the intended goals.
The controlled implementation of the processes and the resulting registries generate data and information about the effectiveness of our Quality Management System, which provide an appropriate foundation for future decision-making.
Punto 7. Continuous improvement
The personnel at ProcreaTec, irrespective of their roles and responsibilities, analyze the data available, concerning the activities that they carry out, and look for opportunities for improvement.
Only by the continuous upgrading of processes, methods, services, etc., can we guarantee greater internal efficiencies, a better response to patients’ expectations and, consequently, improved customer satisfaction. For this reason, continuous improvement is a permanent goal of all who make up ProcreaTec.
